Cream cheese

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Line a 9-inch round cake pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 lbs (900g) cream cheese, 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar, 4 large eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
4. Mix until smooth and creamy, but do not overmix.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is dark golden brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
8. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
9. To serve, remove the cheesecake from the pan using the parchment paper overhang.
10. Slice and enjoy your delicious Basque Burnt Cheesecake!
