Beef stew meat
Potatoes

Instructions
1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add diced onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add cubed beef stew meat and brown on all sides.
4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
6. Add diced carrots, potatoes, and celery to the pot.
7. Season with salt, pepper, and any desired herbs or spices.
8. Cover and simmer on low heat for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
9. Once the meat and vegetables are tender, thicken the stew with a cornstarch slurry if desired.
