Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Flour
  • Chicken broth
  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Spinach

Instructions

  • 1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • 3. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-6 minutes per side.
  • 4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  • 5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • 6. Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  • 7. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and bring to a simmer.
  • 8. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
  • 9. Serve chicken Florentine hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy!
