Mango Sticky Rice

Ingredients
1 cup of sticky rice
1 ripe mango
1 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
Instructions
1. Rinse 1 cup of sticky rice in cold water until the water runs clear.
2. Soak the rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
3. Drain the rice and steam it for about 20-25 minutes until it is tender.
4. While the rice is cooking, prepare the mango by peeling and slicing it.
5. In a saucepan, combine 1 can of coconut milk, 1/2 cup of sugar, and a pinch of salt.
6. Heat the mixture over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
7. Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a bowl and pour the coconut milk mixture over it.
8. Mix well to coat the rice evenly with the coconut milk.
9. Let the rice sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the coconut milk.
10. Serve the sticky rice topped with the sliced mango. Enjoy your delicious Mango Sticky Rice!
